The Shattered Seas

A fractured archipelago where old empires drowned

The seas are ruled by trade, rumor, and fear. The inner archipelago—the Home Waters—remains relatively safe. Beyond the safe routes lie the Outer Seas, where the Five Pirate Kings hold dominion.

Each King commands a domain shaped by their curse, ambition, or obsession. Sailors who venture too far may never return—or return changed.

Your Mission: Rescue the Dragons

Dragons are nearly extinct. Most Pirate Kings hunt them. You save them.

Core Mission

Find dragon eggs before hunters do. Free captured dragons from King strongholds. Ferry them to dragon sanctuaries where they can hatch and thrive in peace.

Why the Kings hunt dragons:

This puts you in direct opposition to most of the Pirate Kings.

The Five Pirate Kings

Four hunt dragons. One protects them.

Each King rules a domain in the Outer Seas. Defeating their Lieutenants reveals stronghold coordinates. Raiding a stronghold yields unique loot—and rescued dragons held in captivity.

Jasper Barrow (Ghost Captain) does not hunt dragons. He may aid your mission.
